What is the application process for renting a property?

To rent a property, you need to fill out an application form, provide proof of income and employment, and pass a credit check. Once your application is approved, you will be invited to sign a lease agreement.

What are the maintenance responsibilities of the tenant?

Tenants are responsible for keeping the rental property clean and in good condition. They are also responsible for reporting any maintenance issues to the property management team.

How much notice do I need to give before moving out?

You need to give at least 30 days' notice before moving out of a rental property. This will give us enough time to find a new tenant and prepare the property for them.

How Much Deposit Do I Need for Rent to Own?

We are very flexible with the deposit for rent-to-own. The more you offer, the better your chances. The minimum is 1% of the purchase price. We can offer you many options and we will always do our best to work with whatever funds you have available. You can start out with a rent to Own and have part of your monthly payment credited toward the purchase price.

How does the Rent-to-Own Work?

We can lease you the home with the exclusive right to purchase it at a later date. Our buyers love it because it gives them time to save up for a larger down payment, clean up past credit problems or sell another home, and also time to try out the neighborhood before buying and move in immediately. We are obligated to sell to you; however, you are not obligated to buy. 100% of your option fee/down payment and part of your monthly payment is credited towards the purchase price of the home.

Can I Buy The Home With No Down Payment?

Yes, if you can qualify for new financing. Some lenders have 100% financing programs available with good credit. We can refer you to Institutional Lenders if you prefer.
